02 / Career timeline
My career has been shaped by working on products where usability depends on understanding the larger system: merchants, creative teams, customers, operational teams and industry-specific business needs.
Studied Visual Communication at Dr. M.G.R. Deemed University, building a foundation in visual storytelling, design, web and multimedia. This foundation continues to inform how I approach product experiences: understand the message, the audience and the context before shaping the interface.
Started as a Design Intern and progressed through Junior Designer, Senior Designer, Art Director and Delivery Manager. Worked on e-learning websites, campaigns and digital marketing for Fortune 500 clients. The work connected brand communication with experiences for employees and customers, reflecting Interakt’s “communication inside out” philosophy. Recognitions included being acknowledged as a long-standing and valuable team member.
Selected client work: Levi’s, Ecolab, Nalco, SUTD, IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore), Singapore Tourism, Club Mahindra and United Breweries Limited. Work included a Club Mahindra holiday and package selection application using a scoring methodology, and a customer engagement platform for United Breweries segmented by product category.
Worked on a Campaign Management System for banking and telecom use cases, supporting segmented, targeted email and messaging campaigns. Managed a 15-person design team working with marketing and digital services across APAC, including Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines.
Selected clients: Citi, HDFC and Sundaram Foundation. Campaign work included digital offers and online-shopping promotions for banking customers.
Worked on digital experiences including Kingsley Gate, for which the team created 12 recruitment applications supporting global C-level executive search for major brands, and digital marketing and website work for Isha.
Worked with PayPal’s merchant ecosystem across the Merchant team, Resolution Center, Invoicing, Shipping, and Risk & Limits. Contributed to rebuilding a system from the ground up, with attention to complex operational journeys and the needs of merchants.
Worked on Zonza 4 and 5, a digital asset management system used by major WPP brands. Also designed the Customer Experience Portal from scratch, connecting the journey from quotation to final delivery. Supported user research and usability testing to identify gaps and needs among customer-side teams and WPP stakeholders, from operational teams to senior management.
Working across product and UX strategy, including Skybiller’s GST filing and accounting workflows for different industries, with a particular focus on IT businesses and gold merchants. Bringing together user needs, business requirements and product design to make complex processes clearer.

03 / Working principles
Listen to users and teams to understand needs, constraints and gaps before jumping to solutions.
Design the relationships, states and handoffs that make an end-to-end experience coherent.
Bring product, engineering, operations and leadership into the conversation so the result is practical as well as useful.
Connect design decisions to observed user needs and validated results instead of relying on visual polish alone.
